HOW TO RENT

Step 1 Schedule you rental on acirental.com Make sure you have access to the email you add to your account and double check the spelling.

Step 2 Sign your digital contract via emailed Docusign Once we receive your order will email you a digital contract.

Step 3 Make sure to bring in your DL and CC. Arlington Camera will require the Lessee’s
current, valid, physical driver’s license (no paper or digital copies) as well as a physical major credit card (issued by a major creditor or bank) at the time of pickup.**No Chime, Cashapp, OpenSky or other prepaid credit cards. The credit card cannot be a ‘debit’ “business debit” or ‘checking’ card, and the name on the card must match the name on the driver’s license. Your contact will include a replacement value make sure the card on file can cover the pre authorization. We will only accept identification we can verify “Real ID” or Texas DL.

Rentals must be paid for upon pickup using the credit card left on file.

We check the gear every time it goes out and comes back. Please allow some time for you take a few minutes and test the gear before you leave.

Step 4 Return at the correct times and follow rates below.

RENTAL RATES
• The Day Rental Rate is for 24 hours from time of equipment pick up.
• Equipment rented for a full week will only incur 4 “days” of charges.
• Equipment rented for a weekend (out Friday and returned by 12PM
Monday) will only incur a single day charge.

THE FINE PRINT
The person renting equipment from Arlington Camera accepts the
merchandise as described and agrees that it is in good working condition
at the time it is received. The Lessee agrees to pay the Rental Rate for the
period the merchandise is in his or her possession and further agrees to
return the merchandise in good working condition at the end of the rental
period. The Lessee also agrees to pay for any damages and/or loss of
rented merchandise that may occur during the rental period. Repairs will be
charged to the Lessee at current rates.
A full day’s Rental Rate will be charged even for a partial day use. The Lessee
agrees to pay for any charges incurred to recover merchandise not promptly
returned to Arlington Camera when requested. The Lessor retains title to
the merchandise and the right to end the lease and take possession of the
merchandise if it is not returned upon request.
